About Pamoja
Pamoja Care Services is a one-of-a-kind provider operating in both Victoria and South Australia. Our team consists of highly skilled and trained professionals with five-plus years of experience in caregiving, committed to customer satisfaction and delivering support through modern, NDIS-approved practices.
Pamoja means "together" in Kiswahili.

Our Services
Household Tasks
Pamoja Care Services has trained, skilled, and professional support workers who will assist and supervise you in managing and maintaining your home environment.
Community Nursing Care
We provide support to clients who require high levels of support within their home/care setting. We have qualified professionals registered nurses and Enrolled Nurses who provide services such as wound care, catheter care, bowel management, ventilation, and tracheostomy care.
Assist-Personal Activities
We assist/supervise individuals in performing various personal activities that may be challenging for them due to their disability. Some of the key aspects of personal activities we may assist you with, include Personal care, Meal assistance mobility and transfers.
Assist-Travel/Transport
As part of our service provision, Pamoja Care Services is committed to ensuring high standards of safety for clients and staff when providing transport services.
We communicate with clients about their transportation preferences and arrange appropriate vehicles to meet their personal needs.
