Pamoja Care Services works with clients to assist or supervise with tasks/ activities that bring delight, fulfilment and contribute positively to the general well-being of the clients, and most importantly promote independence.
Pamoja Care Services provides community nursing support to clients who require high levels of support within their home/care setting. We have qualified professionals Registered nurses and Enrolled Nurses who provide services such as wound care, catheter care, bowel management, ventilation, and tracheostomy care. Hence assist with medication management, subcutaneous injections, PEG Feed, NG tube. In addition, our skilled and experienced RNs provide training to support workers who provide support to our clients.
We assist/supervise individuals in performing various personal activities that may be challenging for them due to their disability. Some of the key aspects of personal activities we may assist you with, include;
Assistance with personal care activities, including tasks such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dental hygiene.
Support with meal preparation, and assistance with feeding if required.
Assistance with moving in and out of bed, chairs, or other surfaces. Support may also include walking assistance and mobility aid usage.
Assisting clients to partake in recreational, group, and community activities.
As part of our service provision, Pamoja Care Services is committed to ensuring high standards of safety for clients and staff when providing transport services. We communicate with clients about their transportation preferences and arrange appropriate vehicles to meet their personal needs.
We understand life skills development is momentous and contributes to personal development, therefore our services focus on educating clients, support workers, and carers to participate in developmental activities to enhance and empower clients to live independent lives. E.g. meal time planning/grocery shopping, the use of public transport, and maintaining personal hygiene.

Life stage, Transition can be overwhelming and stressful. We support and provide guidance to navigate changes to clients during stages of transitions such as, starting a new job, moving out to live independently for the first time, and starting school or commencing an educational course.
